The Communications Authority of Kenya (CA), under the direction of Director General David Mugonyi, has revoked licenses for more than 20 courier and parcel service providers/operators.
This decisive action is in line with the provisions of the Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998.
Mugonyi emphasized that this measure is necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain the integrity of the communications sector in Kenya. The affected service providers/operators will no longer be authorized to operate or provide the services specified in their respective licenses.
