President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., has accepted the resignation of Madam Nyemadi D. Pearson, who served as the Deputy Governor for Operations at the Central Bank of Liberia (CBL). In her resignation letter, Madam Pearson expressed her gratitude to President Boakai for the opportunity to serve in the role.
In response, President Boakai thanked Madam Pearson for her dedicated service to the nation and wished her well in her future endeavors.
Following her departure, President Boakai appointed Mr. James B. Wilfred as the Acting Deputy Governor for Operations at the CBL. Mr. Wilfred will assume the role immediately, ensuring continuity in the bank’s operations.
