The suspended Clerk of the Kisii County Assembly, James Nyaoga, has been officially removed from office following a decisive vote by the Assembly. The decision was announced by Speaker Philip Nyanumba, who cited Nyaoga's removal as a consequence of gross misconduct, misbehavior, and violations of Chapter 6 of the Kenyan Constitution, as well as County Assembly regulations.
