A tragic train derailment in the Duka Moja area of Kajiado West sub-county has resulted in one fatality and left numerous passengers injured on Tuesday morning. The passenger train, owned by Tata Chemicals Limited Magadi, was traveling from Magadi to Kajiado town, carrying over 100 passengers and goods. According to eyewitnesses, the train lost control as it approached a bridge around 8 am, veered off the tracks, and overturned. The accident caused chaos and panic among passengers.
