Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru has affirmed that the Mt. Kenya region is not lacking in qualified leaders for national representation. Speaking in Mwea during the distribution of socio-economic empowerment items, Waiguru emphasized that leadership in the region is based on proven track records, not individual dominance.
