The newly appointed Cabinet Secretary for Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMEs), Hon. Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya, paid a courtesy call to National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula at Parliament Buildings in Nairobi.
